Pedcor Homes Corporation was established in October 1997. Pedcor Homes is a wholly owned subsidiary of International City Bank (located in Long Beach California) which is a part of Pedcor Bancorp. Pedcor Bancorp and Pedcor Homes are headquartered in Carmel, IN, a suburb of Indianapolis.

Pedcor Homes' principle purpose is managing acquisitions of multifamily communities for the benefit of Bancorp, in addition to select multifamily properties developed and/or acquired by Pedcor Investments, a part of the Pedcor Group of Companies (www.pedcorcompanies.com).

Pedcor develops, constructs and manages affordable and market-rate housing throughout the United States. The current Pedcor Homes management portfolio consists of 19 properties with 29 different partnerships, totaling over 4,000 units, located in IN, IL, TN, AZ, and CA.
